Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question. In the program guide some of the names of the shows have a (R) next to it. What does that mean?

Don't know the exact word, but pretty sure it means "rebroadcast."

@ShortyLugNut When I first came on the boards, I asked the same question. The "R" indicates a registered trademark. It makes sense once you know its significance. It only appears on some shows that would logically be trademarked. I thought it meant repeat show.

Yes, it's an indication of a Registered Trademark.

Qurate has dozens of them, listed in its SEC filings.

They include Cook's Essentials, Northern Nights, Concierge Collection, Diamonique, Denim & Co., Quacker Factory, In the Kitchen With David, Fashions Night In and many, many more.

On it. That’s what I thought so too! Like it meant a repeat.
