I have a question about customer reviews.  A couple days ago I posted a review about Isaac Mizrahi's 24/7 wide leg pants.  The review was negative but appropriate.  It still isn't on the product site and there is no place now to post a review at all.  I thought all the product sites had the request to post a review.

If you leave a review it sometimes can take up to 5 or more days for it to post.  If you want notification that it's posted you need to leave your email addy in the appropriate box and QVC will notify you when it's posted.

 

Once you leave a review there is no way to leave another one, or edit the one you left. To see the review you left (prior to it being posted) click on "review" like you want to write another one and your original review will come up.

From my experiences, it doesn't seem like the QVC staff who looks at the reviews before posting them are working over the weekend.  They also seem to post several for the same product at once, so maybe they save up a few to collect before posting on a particular product.  This is all just supposition though from what I've observed about my own reviews.
