Producers dropped my call

I'm annoyed. I have bee a Wen user for many years and purchase all my products from the Q. I finally thought I was going to have the opportunity to speak to Chaz dean and the producer dropped me. With all the Wen I purchase I should have been put right through. The producers shouldn't put customers on hold if they cannot put them on the show because the hosts are talking too much about "their" stories.
