I have shopped at QVC for many, many years and have never really had any issues at all with the way returns are processed. However, I just returned a Bose wave machine. The sound was good, but just soooo not worth the price tag. QVC has acknowledged receipt of the return on Jan 30th. I used the Q label to return the merchandise. It came in 2 boxes. Using the Q return label, it was $8.95 return shipping for one box, and 10.95 return shipping for the other. That amount is ALWAYS, ALWAYS deducted from my actual refund. This time, the Q has already charged my credit card with both those amounts, yet will make me wait how long before they actually credit the return amount? Wonder why in the world they would do that? They got their return shipping costs immediately, but will make me wait to get my refund amount? I don't understand it. I will be calling the Q customer service in the morning to find out. Anyone else have this happen?
