The $9 is before tax and shipping costs. They never include tax and shipping in the easy pay amount since it varies by state/city.

I can't believe it, I was going to post the same thing. I will buy something, like it, and then decide to buy another. However the price has gone up markedly. Sometimes the price is low, then it goes up a dollar or two or five, then down. It's like a sliding scale. They will be a sale on some thing for a short time, then it goes way up in price. There is no rhyme or reason to their pricing, on a daily basis. The only other company I know that does this is Wayfair, and I refuse to shop with them. They really need to keep their prices constant so that people feel comfortable buying from them,
