I can understand the supply chain shipping delays but not their sorry return system. I have a return that apparently has not moved from the post office where I dropped it off 9 days ago because their third party carrier is waiting until a certain minimum number of returns are collected in the facility. By the time the package hits the return center and QVC processes it, another month will go by. So they keep my $$ for months.

I get my orders from everyone - Macy's, Nordstrom, drugstores, Amazon so fast.  They always arrive earlier than they even indicate.  I'm getting denim shorts today that I ordered from Nordstrom's about 3 days ago.   I have 5 tops that have been in preparing your order from QVC that I ordered before Nordstrom and Macy's orders (which are shipped in a more efficient way.
