i bought a Susan Graver jacket 2 days ago, for a trip. I need it by tomorrow so I got premium shipping, which promises one day service. I'm in NJ so I figured it was okay. Today It has not been shipped. Called customer service, no help at all. I cancelled the jacket. I'm disappointed because I really wanted it for the trip. On the bright side, I saved money.

another bright side....you were lucky you were able to cancel it after two days.....I wasn't so lucky...I couldn't cancel after one day....yet it sat "in process" for five more days....and had to pay all that shipping to return it.....
I'm sorry you won't have your jacket....
I hope you have a safe trip and a wonderful time...

I think even with premium shipping, they still say you have to allow 48 hours for the item to be shipped from QVC.

If you order an item that arrives too late for an occasion, don't open it, put return to sender on the package and hand back to the UPS delivery person or the US mail person. You won't be charged any return shipping.

The Q's shipping hasn't been reliable for a long time. I rarely shop here unless it's a really good TSV and I don't need it. The tracking is a joke. Before I get tracking info from UPS the item has arrived. On the other hand I have no problems with the other shopping channels. If it takes 5 days from the day I order, I'm shocked. I can actually track the item right away. Amazon prime is always the 2 days. Love it. Worth every penny to be a Prime member.

Thanks everyone who replied. Yesterday someone called me and apologized for the delay. She gave me a $20 credit for a future purchase. Its nice that they reached out.
