I have not heard anyone else announce it.  Speculation can be very unkind for several reasons.  We don't speculate on the forums.  People have been bumped for it.

Actually, she didn't just adopt him.  Due to Pa adoption laws (the parents of the child has a certain amt of time to change their minds plus the dad needs to give permission), she had to wait a significant amount of time before the adoption became legal & the adoptive parents need not worry of having to "give up" their bundle of joy.

 

If you do a Google search Kersten wrote a book or a blog about her adoption woes.

She recently got him physically in her family. He is still an infant. I know she wrote a book. She had him with her at her baby shower.
