Posting a review - why the changes?

I haven't read all the threads on this subject but why change the review entry submission all of a sudden?

And why is it rejecting user names?

I've used mine for years and years, but for whatever reason it says it cannot accept it?  At least a reason should be provided so a poster will understand how to rectify this.

I looked at the format and really see very few changes and none in the required information.  Heaven's knows Q review system NEEDS CHANGES, but I see none in the areas needing change.  The minor changes are just fluff.
