Please stop posting external customer reviews

I can’t possibly read them all. I don’t trust them to be genuine. I completely disregard them.

Or the ones who haven't received the item yet and are annoyed it's taking so long to receive. It's not fair....and it's annoying.

I disregard them too. Not even sure why, but I do. Not sure why they need to be added here anyway.

And yes, all the other problems too...people that only speak to delayed shipments and not the product, as well as those that haven't even bought the product. At this point, because all those type reviews are allowed, the actual number ratings are not very helpful, or accurate in terms of the actual product quality.

@JackieBlue What are 'external reviews'???? All of us who post are external to QVC. I don't work at QVC so I would be considered external would I not? I don't get this post.

I disregard those outsourced reviews too. I tend to think that the bad reviews are not brought in. I want to read reviews by qvc customers only, and only from those that actually bought the product, and those that are reviewing the priduct only, not complaining about shipping time, etc.

@KatieB They are reviews brought over from other sites. For example, if a product has their own site and sells here too the Q will often add reviews from the website's product to add to the Q's customer reviews.

My guess is some vendors want reviews from their websites included, makes sense but I just scroll by them...they don't bother me.

I think this is a vendor choice type of issue because it does happen a lot and among varied merchants. We may not like it but I have on occasion gone to their site because of sales, free shipping, etc and have seen some of the same reviews..so, it is legit and you'd be amazed at how qvc at times rips us off. Some sites let you accumulate points that convert into dollars that can be applied to your next purchase. I have saved money by buying from a vendor's website instead of at qvc. Now, there is the rare occasion qvc is selling a duo of something and so it is a better buy (yet often the vendor site offers free shipping, so there's that and it becomes annoying that we have to pay for shipping more often than not at qvc.)

ITA! The only reviews on the QVC site should be from Q customers who purchased the item. Who cares what someone who walked into a store and got freebies and was asked to review? Not me. Phoney reviews! Please stop this.
