 The high shipping cost is one reason I stopped buying very much from QVC. It’s especially frustrating when size can be so inconsistent no matter what the charts say. I’ve even bought two of the same item in different colors, only to find that one fits and the other doesn’t so I have to return one. Just within the past week or so I sent my mother a pair of shoes in the same earth brand and style and size that she has really liked, and they were noticeably narrower than the earlier pair. Makes no sense. Cost me about $10 just to have her try them on and send them back. That’s the last time I’ll try that. I’m back to Zappos for shoes for her. Free shipping and returns.

I do the same thing, and it used to guarantee a perfect fit for me almost every time.  In the past several months, this is not working for me at all.  I go by the measurements, order accordingly, and more times than not the items are too big.  This has caused me to have many more returns that I would like.  I just don't understand why QVC can't have consistent sizing, but apparently, they can't.  I'm glad it still works for you.

I have stopped ordering anything that I know I wont return from all shopping channels. I am tired of paying all of the return charges when something doesnt work out! It is all too much.
