Please quit killing the pre-dawn shows

Lately, there are too many shows wherein, for three hours straight, only one category is aired. Example: "Diamonique Till Dawn" airing from 4 a.m. until 7 a.m. It is as lengthy as showing the movie "Gone With The Wind". I want a variety of shows during this, my favorite time slot.
