The QVC automated phone system mispronounces Melania Trump's first name. The recordings say mel-uhh-NEE-uhh. (Obviously I don't know the correct way to "spell" phonetically, but you get the idea.) Would it be that difficult to get the system to say mel-AHH-nee-uhh? It's bad enough when the system mispronounces names of products, such as Acyl Glutathione, but a vendor's name? You can do better than that.
