The on air phone calls are distracting and some are down right embarrassing. There have been times I've had to turn the channel because of the phone calls. What's their purpose anyway? What does the customer gain from these phone calls on air? The host and vendors should explain the product being aired and forget the phone calls. Their unnecessary.
