I've been trying to send two of today's TSV's as a SURPRISE gift to two different people since 9:00 am this morning. Every time I go to gift options, it says try again later! Can't load content! Now, I'll have to call and tell them that it's coming and it's from me! I wanted it to be a surprise! I know I can let Q do it over the phone but then I can't use Mr. Rebates! I wish the Q would get it together! So Frustrating!

@Starpolisher You should copy/paste your concerns in the
Customer Care forum area.
Also, provide your system info, device you're using & what you did to troubleshoot the issue. Like did you try on another browser?
Clear cookies? Erase/delete your cache? etc.
Q's IT dept needs the above info in order to help.

@Starpolisher I just edit the shipping address and put the recipient's address. There is a blind invoice in the package with the senders name so they know who its from. I did it Monday and had no problem at all.

I did do what you said but what I'm saying is that it wouldn't let me write a gift note!

But they at least will know it is from you because there will be a packing slip inside (no prices etc) and it will show you sent it.
Or at least there 'should be'. My ship to orders always have.
