Pleasant Easy Pay Experience

Recently found a VB bag on Q that I had wanted. The description mentioned easy pay ("Easy pay offer ends 1/19/15"), but not the number of easy pays. Called customer service to check on it. The easy pay line in the description was an error, the bag was not really on easy pay. But, they gave me the bag on FIVE easy pays because of the error! That CS rep knows how to make a sale. Thanks Q!
