Placing orders is not working on line or by phone or with CS Rep.

I tried to place an order four to six times now

and it is not going through......{#emotions_dlg.scared}{#emotions_dlg.ohmy}

I called CS and she stated they are working on it....Grrrr

She placed my order herself and did not go through.{#emotions_dlg.blink}

What gives Q?{#emotions_dlg.confused1}
