@Reever I am sorry you are in that position.  I wish I were in a position to pay the tip and fee for you for a treat now and then.  I can remember when we couldn't pay for a fast food burger.

@Reever   It's not that I'm a lazy slob, well usually not. With this particular restaurant you always end up circling the block three times and still need to double park -- which can create its own problems.

The delivery fee and tip vs. time and aggravation. It's an easy decision.

There is a trade off for everything. Driving to a location cost time, gas, and wear and tear on a vehicle.

So true @Etoile308.  I'm happy to pay a delivery fee and tip.

I live too far out for pizza delivery so go into town to pick up.  I still leave a tip as it's very good pizza.

The pizzas being presented looked really good but I'm trying to stay away from that sort of thing. I just watch and salivate. They looked good to a lot of other people too because they sold out.

This is just me, I'm not complaining-just saying there's no way I/ME would ever pay $30.00 for a pizza, much less a small one like the ones on now. I sure hope those that do, truly and thoroughly enjoy them though. I hope to see reviews on it.

Was it a specific brand?

Pizza is my favorite food.  I like a good pizza.  Not Pizza Hut, Dominos or frozen.  A pizza place usually in a strip mall making amazing pizza.  A large plain cheese in my area runs $24.  One place it's $28 but will say that pie is big!  We recently went to the trendy outdoor mall in our town.  Don't go there really, very high end stores and expensive.  But they have a pizza place everyone seems to be talking about.  Authentic neopolitan brick oven pizza.  They're on the small side.  Ordered 2, one cheese and one pepporina and had 3 drinks....with tip $60.  But the pizza was amazing!

Thats what it cost me here in Texas at Pizza Hut if you have a large, thin crust, pepperoni and mushroom delivered.....$29 including delivery fee and tip

There are other cheaper pizza places, but the pizza tastes terrible, the crust tastes like cracker crumbs....and toppings are sparse.......You get what you pay for!
