Perfect Gourmet turkey roulade

I'm wondering where jt is .   Was suppose to arrive Dec. 10th,  plus still says in process.  What worries me is I can still cancel at least it shows I can.   I would rather get the item then cancel ,  just not sure if they are having a problem getting the item to send or if it's a shipping problem ??   I don't need it fir Christmas dinner ,  but having out of townquests the following week and if i don't get ii i need to change my menu for one night so would like to know .

anyone here order this and has yours arrived ?

Check with customer service.  I ordered Rastelli chicken late October and after waiting a month i had to cancel because nobody could tell me when it would ship.  Saying delivery is guaranteed is just so many words...does not mean it will happen.
