I returned 2 items/orders in the same box (7 lb, not small ones),even used my own label to make sure one prepaid label won`t mess up two orders and when I saw that only one has been processed as being returned, I contacted CS online. I receive a response that please allow 7 days for all items being processed. Though it didn`t make any sense why two identical items would be processed at different times, I waited. Nothing. Emailed them again and received a response that the item has been returned, and nothing about THAT order I inquired, just the one was returned. They don`t even read!! I specifically included the missing order number, and they keep writing the other number. And wish Happy Holidays? It`s just rediculous that they can`t do such simple things and I`m very mad at QVC.
