Pat James-Dementri - shiny shins ?????

I tuned in about 1:20 pm EST today and Pat has capris on.  Her shins are SO shiny.  What's that about?

Ladies, I didn't mean to be critical.  I'm actually curious.  I've never had a "wax job" and her shins looked so weird to me.  Didn't mean to offend anyone.

@spent2much   I am not offended, but sorry, I just think the whole topic of shins is hysterical.  I'm still laughing.
