Re: Paperless Billing Begins January 5

I do so much electronically, including paying bills, but I still like getting a paper bill.   Seems like it gives me more control.

On January 5th, your QCard® account will switch to paperless billing. You will receive an email summary each month a payment is due. It will include your balance, minimum payment due, and due date.

Can we still send a check to pay the bill??

@CherryHugs  IMO it was irresponsible 👎to start a thread with this information without including the statement that we can opt out of electronic statements, info that other posters fortunately provided later in your thread.

I did not even see the opt out on the email until replies here. @Pearlee

Thank you for telling me there was an opt out! I did not see it on the email. They should make it larger font lol.  When I read that here, I went and did that right away. Woman Happy

I got the email this morning,  saw the opt-out, and opted out immediately.

There was a link with it which, IMO was kinda hard to miss in the email.

I can see fine, just the font seemed small compared to the email it self...I was not sharing my orginal post here to mis inform.

'Paper is Safer'  (imo)

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).

This bank also does billing for my Belk's acct. and I have never had a problem with them, but the email I got about going paperless, I had the option to continue to receive paper statements which I chose to do!

I hate this. Glad I don't have a Q Card. I've had my internet down for very long periods of time. It's working now.

Re: Paperless Billing Begins January 5

I opted out of paperless billing. There was option in the email about opting out.
