I also have hand limitations and gave up my sewing machine years ago.

True that most people are different, but if QVC would realistically report their sizes and lengths, it sure would help!

@HLP     I am also 5'1 .... I need a 28 or 29 inch inseam.

I'm 5'1.5" and for dress pants I need 28 for flats or 29 or 30 for heels.  Jeans are different since they have a different rise.  However, what Q sells is not a true petite.  They really should be sold as Shorts rather than Petite.  I need a true petite rise.  Hate a saggy crotch.  

 

As far as hemming goes, I can sew, but I hate trying to hem or do alterations on my own clothes.  I can't pin up a hem on myself.  Same for trying to pin alterations on myself.
