Many grown women do have pajama parties.  When we were sent out of town for various trainings we would often get together with others in attendance in our sweats or pj's in someone's room to play games and have fun.  I think those who proclaim to be too "adult" to have fun  like they did  when younger surely age faster and probably are the reason older people get such a bad rap for being "old fuddy duddies"!!
