I am a 17 + year customer with QVC and spend on average about $1,000 per month. I'd say since last summer I have had terrible product issues with them and even had customer service reps get nasty and belligerent on the phone with me. I have stopped buying from them for the last few months and am getting my Q card paid in full. It's a shame. I used to love watching the shows and had many favorite products I bought from them regularly too. I am a big fan of Denim & Co and LCNY (which is now going away in Q). The prices have gotten outrageous and I've had to return way too many items because of defects and just poor quality! I don't have this kind of time to keep making tons of phone calls to them over and over and trips to post office to return items! They lost me as a customer! Because they just don't care!! Certainly not the same company they used to be!
