PROBLEM WITH CANCELLED ORDERS

Yesterday I received an emal from HSN telling me my purcahse is on it's way.

I have not bought anything from HSN for quite some time so I wondered what

could be coming. I checked the orders on line and saw that a candle I ordered

2 months ago and cancelled the next day after I ordered it is now "coming my way".

QVC just sent me something I ordered the first part of May on August 14th.

I do believe something is going on here because I have and will have to go

to the trouble of mailing these back. Just waiting for my "candle" to arrive so

it can be returned. What's going on here?

What's going on (and has been for awhile) is that QVC makes a profit on return shipping fees.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

What I have found is that if you cancel the item before midnight of the day you ordered, it will cancel. If you wait until after midnight then it will go into processing.

Not for a long time.

You can try to cancel an order within 10 minutes of ordering and you can't and the social team can't either.

Must've been a long while since you ordered and were able to cancel an hour later.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

I just did that a few days ago. But, I think it depends upon the item.
