I notified QVC this morning and it still hasn't been fixed. I also noticed under Activity- it shows the thread that I replied to, but it may show someone else's post. I can scroll around and find my post by tapping on the thread name but just to have my own replies/posts listed under My Activity that is not the case.

Same here. I just clicked on my profile and the very same threads re WEN etc show up s being mine!

@Community_Team, If you see this thread, can you let us know why this is happening?

I just checked mine and see 2 posts from 2011 and 1 from 2013 by "dalimama" concerning Wen. But underneath, it states the fact that I joined 11-02-2014. Go figure-

For me, finding another's posts under my name is only the latest in the odd things that have happened to me since the website underwent "enhancement". Not only the date that I joined and the number of posts I have made were changed, but after adjusting quite well to the new community forum format, I was suddenly informed by the webmaster that I needed to get a new nickname AND that he had wiped out my current email address and "suggested" I sign in with an old email address that has been inoperable for years.

After about 20 emails back and forth between me and the webmaster and the QVC Social Team, I finally had to concede defeat (because no one was able to help correct my sign-in problems from then on). I retaliated by not only setting up a new nickname but also creating a new email address.

End result? I can now sign in and use the community forums, but I can no longer place phone orders automatically because my "account has been locked" and my constantly repeated PIN settings do not work. Each time, a customer service rep has tried to help but to no avail. Oh well.....

Any information visible on these forums about my first date of use and my nickname or number of posts is totally invalid.

So I guess I'm not surprised to see the latest snafu created by the website "enhancement" folks. Have been through many questionable website enhancements in my working years, and I managed to get by nicely.

I did not even mind the changes made in the forum interface until suddenly its designers decided to create problems for me just to sign on. Right now, the only real complaint I have about the "enhancements"--which probably will not be resolved-- is all the white space on the screen, instead of words, and the extensive scrolling through white space that is required to see the posts.
