POOR Auto Delivery

I had an auto delivery item scheduled to be released May 2nd. QVC changed that to May 6th. & then May 20th. I changed it back to May 6th & the item still hasn't shipped & it's May 17th. So much for reliable auto delivery. I'm not at all pleased with the service at QVC.
