And I'll take more SG shows, please!  Love my liquid knit!!!!!!!

I cannot believe the prices they are charging for SG polyester.  This morning there was a cute cap sleeve top in a floral I would have bought, but I refuse to pay $46.50 plus shipping for a little (not much fabric in a cap sleeve pull on top) polyester top.  I can get 2 tops for $50. in brick and mortar stores which are accessable to me.  SG prices are way too high in my opinion.

@Catch71 Personally, I don't buy many clothes from the Q; however, I have purchased some of SG's items and must say that the tailoring on her garments is impeccable, making the price worthwhile, IMO.

You must be kidding.  They are high-end designers.  You're not going to get that on a shopping channel.  BUT you can certainly find them elsewhere.

@makena,

I'm pretty sure @desertDi meant that as tongue-in-cheek....but she left out Gucci, LOL!

@Desertdi People complain about having to pay $39-$59 for a top.

Whether you agree or disagree, my guess is QVC won't be selling any of the designers you mentioned.

As for me, I'd enjoy seeing them, might even buy some.  Many of the QVC customers (my guess) are like me (ages 50-85), many retired and the life-style would be more 'laid back'.

It's not like I know, just listening to what people say when calling in and people here.

It's fun to look at different designers and I really believe something should be offered for everyone.  My daughters and I love talking about the different designers.

I remember when QVC offered many, many different designers.  I have some wonderful and beautiful clothes from varied designers who've not been on QVC for several years.

I feel the same way about shoes (would love to see more varied designers for shoes).

I think QVC would draw in a younger audience if they'd vary the designers.  As people get old(er) they no longer need a huge wardrobe.

It's as if once something starts selling well on QVC, they (QVC) latch onto them and we (the viewers) see them (how do I put this) day and night and on and on.  Ugh!

@makena   Yes.....I was kidding.   And I live about 5 miles from Scottsdale, where I can indeed find the designer shops.....(!!!)

At 83, I find myself liking some of the "trendier" styles. I like the cold shoulder look (don't shoot me) and I am looking for a leather dress in that fashion for next fall/winter. I have ordered this top from QVC, not cold shoulder, but bold B & W print that I think will look great with one of my pairs of black leather pants, culottes, or leggings or a black leather skirt. I saw it during a Dennis Basso presentation. Just don't call me old fahioned.
