Re: Overcharged & Frustrated

info like this is available everywhere but through QVC ...I have never heard of any company providing something like this? Like others said we are in charge of keeping our own ledgers if you look at your past purchases its not that hard to figure out.

Re: Overcharged & Frustrated

@JYoos @QVC will not send you a ledger, however, QV C Customer Service will go over every purchase for the last couple years with you, one by one. You can call to do this. You will need something to be able to see your computer or device screen and a phone to speak with the agent. It would slso be helpful to get your credit card or bank statements there and you can check items off one by one.

Re: Overcharged & Frustrated

Since she's new, why isn't SHE playing nice?

You don't go around accusing people of overcharging you, when you have NO proof.

My earlier post stands.....but thanks for your reprimand.

Re: Overcharged & Frustrated

@JYoos   I don't have the slightest idea what you need from QVC.  I use my order status plus the EZP monthly breakdown to track my money. That has worked for me for many years.

I do take financial guru advice to make all payments via charge, never debit.

Re: Overcharged & Frustrated

@JYoos

There is another scary possibility..

Someone could think that ONE of the Easy Pays is the entire payment for the item, and think they "paid it off"....then the next Easy Pay hits for the item?

Not saying the OP is confused or forgetful, but it COULD happen.

Someone COULD get confused here....I've seen many posts about QVC implying that "for 16.99 you get this home"could confuse someone...of course most of US understand how Easy Pay works, but someone COULD be confused.

Don't know.

OP ( original poster) : Like former posters mentioned...CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE but make sure you have everything in front  of you....credit card statements, your computer turned on, your bank statements...anything you will need to prove your case....at the ready

I'm sure they can and will help you. You really have sort of a "ledger" I think goes back five years showing your purchases...but they can help you.

Good luck!!

Please get back to the board here....and if you have any further questions...please ask!!!

Re: Overcharged & Frustrated

I agree with overcharged and frustrated! When I order from QVC I use the phone and let the order operator know that it should be a onetime charge. If I order on line, it goes to easy pay without a choice given.  Also, while I'm at it, I don't like that my account is charged immediately and even if I cancel an order within an hour, the charge remains against the card for a minimum of 10 days, longer if I wait for a return to be acknowledged. I have discussed this with customer service and although this tactic is out of their hands, they let the billing people know about this concern.

@Othereeeen    Good thing no company provides such a ledger.

Sometimes I don't want to see the evidence month to month -  my whole lifetime with QVC -  that would be torturous

Re: Overcharged & Frustrated

Posters don't realize that you can change the EZ pay default with one easy click? Strange.

One tap and done.
