I have been trying to reconcile purchases and payments made but unfortunately QVC has been making that extremely difficult. An overall total of purchases made (first purchase ever made through present) would be extremely helpful for all customers. Info like this is available everywhere but through QVC and after requesting a ledger a few months ago I have yet to receive anything yet. QVC makes numerous efforts monthly to obtain payment through any and every payment method used with them. When purchases are paid in full at time of purchase, items still get set up as "easy pay" buy already paid in full so how could this happen? There is too much going on with these accounts making it confusing for customers and its just a way for QVC to double dip. A full account audit is needed for every single customer account with QVC.

You don't have to let it default to easy pay, you can over ride that.

Can't you just log into your account and see your purchases?

Re: Overcharged & Frustrated

If I got a "ledger" of all my purchases from day 1 ( Been buying here since the 1990s') I'd probably fall over with shock!!!

The default is easy pay, you have the option to pay in full (not easypay) at checkout.

If you go into your account you can see all your orders for several years.  The only problem I had around the holidays I noticed that several easy pays were going through on returned items.  They were immediately returned to me.

@JYoos

How can you say you were "overcharged", when you admit that you didn't receive the 'ledger' you demanded?

We're expected to do our own accounting, make our own ledgers, but you have no proof that you were "overcharged" and shame on you for accusing that with no proof.

The OP is saying that from what she is able to tell, items she paid in full for are showing as in Easy Pay. It is true that there was a time when Easy Pay was showing up as the default. Maybe she thought she was paying in full but Easy Pays showed up on her charges. See just wants to see a record of her purchases and how she chose to pay to reconcile it against how she was actually charged. You will be able to see if you were overcharged. You can also check this first by going to your account on the QVC site and looking at all your purchases, however, individual item prices won't show up for orders, only order totals before tax and shipping show up and also tax and shipping will show for each order.
