I have been very frustrated for quite awhile now about the declining quality of merchandise, shipping practices and ridiculous shipping costs at QVC. This website is definately one of the worst in the online shopping universe and clearly QVC does not care. However, I just got off the phone with a customer representative who was so gracious that I had to share my experience with all of you.
I never received a pair of slacks that I ordered in mid September but knew that I had to wait to report it. I looked online this morning and saw that it was listed as delivered. So you can imagine my hesitation to report it, since QVC tends to blame the customer for mishaps and refuses to take blame for their incompetence (I'll be nice and stop at that). But I was so shocked to talk to someone kind and helpful. She looked to see if they could replace the slacks but since they are no longer available, she immediatly offered to fully credit my account. I was stunned and neglected to ask for her name so I could call and tell her supervisors that she is a gem. Just wanted to let you all know that once in a while you will find a top notch QVC customer service representative.
