After viewing what seems to be wall-to-wall Christmas in July shows, a vacuum cleaner is the best they could do? Watched a nano-second of Rick's presentation this morning, from last night's show, and he was having a heck of a time picking up whatever they had on the floors. For that price, I need it to pick up every ounce of dust at first swipe. Happy to see a D&C show at the 7 AM hour only to find polyester tops, fit & flare, tunics. The thrill is gone...

You are disappointed, but look at the money you saved!    For everyone who doesn't like the programmind, there's more who like it. Maybe you need to take a break.

@Another new name Sue , very true. I never expect to like all the programming and imagine there are plenty of people who need a new vacuum. I'm glad I'm not in retail and have to try to please everyone Smiley Wink

Thankfully we are having a beautiful day in the northeast today so it will be a reading on the deck day with a pork shoulder simmering in the crockpot and a glass of wine at 5:00 (or so) LOL

NO Q for me, don't care to listen to a vacuum all daySmiley Happy

I needed a new vacuum about a month ago and drove 5 minutes to Lowe's and bought a new one.

not in the market for any vacuum and hoping to keep my TV off for most of the day. Don't really care what is being offered.

I did sort of watch the denim and co show earlier, but I have promised myself to buy absolutely no new clothes until I donate or trash at least two or three bags of what I already own.  (I just had to empty the bottom 3 feet of every closet in my condo so new floors could be installed- and I thought I had already downsized!  Nope.)

still, I thought it was one of the best D&C shows I watched recently.  Stuck with almost all of it while I had coffee and....

@wagirl , Rick is actually one of my favorites and I've bought things from him that I really didn't need Smiley Happy I felt sorry for him trying to pick up things when the camera clearly showed it wasn't picking up. He can't, however, sell me a Dyson!

For that price it should include someone to come and clean my house for me.
