Orders "In process"

I used to be amazed at how fast I received my orders from QVC. Now it seems the orders are "in process" and not shipped out for days. I ordered something 4 days ago & it appears to have not even shipped yet. I was hoping to have it this week. Any other long time customers noticing their orders taking longer to ship?
