I saw some posts about Laura Geller orders. I also had the same problems.   Order status was all screwed up.  Their IT department needs an overhaul. I too just received my orders.  To add insult to injury! there were 3 orders for box of eyeliners and  foundation compacts.   I came home and to my shock had five cardboard boxes in front of my door.  Inside each one was a Manila envelope and a small box of eyeliners.  I took pictures because nobody would believe the gross stupidity and Waste of money to ship these items .  We are talking about a box that could hold  a small pot.  Five of them.   Really we pay for shipping and this is how they waste the money.  I would post the pix, but I'm not familiar how to it.
