Anyone else not having their orders show up in Order Status? Since yesterday, my orders have taken hours to show up.
At first, I thought I did something wrong and ordered it again. That 2nd one did not show up either. Finally, the QVC email arrived acknowledging my orders -- both of them! When they finally arrived in Order Status, I was able to cancel one of the orders.
So just be careful and stay on top of your orders. It's still happening to me this morning -- nothing.
Odds are, you are not forgetting to hit "Submit." Check your emails.

@Caaareful Shopper Just wait an hour or two and they'll show up. Don't think it didn't "take" and place a duplicate order. This has been going on for over a week.

This happened to me a couple of days ago. Really aggravating. It took several hours for mine to show up on the status page. IT is really having a hard time! Today is the first day in two weeks that I have been able to heart a post or even post here!

@Kachina624 Yes, you're right. It did take a couple of hours. I didn't realize it was happenng widespread like this, and for so long. Thank you!

If you've doubled-ordered by mistake [and it's not showing up], email the QVC Social Team. They were excellent in tracking my order and cancelling one for me!

@Caaareful Shopper This has happened to me several times and in the past year. It happens a lot at midnight. Not sure if the system gets too busy or what, but now it happens during the day. THe first time it happened , I ordered it again and when I got up in the morning , I had two orders. Luckly I was able to cancel it.
I placed a order for a bracelet and it never showed up. I was afraid to order it again because it was around 200.00. So I just didn't get it.

@TexasMom1 No one could sign in here. This is the first time in awhile that I could sign in. They had to get the IT on it.

For the very first time, an order did not show up for me immediately two nights ago. But two hours later, it was there. I did get an email about the order before it showed up, so I was relieved.

I always write down my order number immediately when it pops up after the order goes through. That way if there's a glitch somewhere down the line I have an order number to call customer service with.
