Ordered an item four days ago and it is still "In process"

Seems to be taking very long to ship items. Ordered a handbag four days ago and it's still "in process." Funny thing is everyday it days label printed THAT day. Wonder why so slow. Did they get slammed with a lot of holiday returns and can't get new orders out?
