Ordered TSV Birki Still in PA since 4/22???

Can anyone please help me understand why my TSV order for the Birki's has been sitting in Pennsylvania since I ordered them on 4/22??

I cannot figure out how to cancel this order. It says UPS picked up the manifest and nothing has happened since.

I don't know how they can stay in business.

Anyone? This is my first order!
