Order not received

Not sure where to post. Hope a mod will help me  Ordered a comforter. Just checked my order status it states in Ontario Ca since 7 Feb. Has not moved. How do I check when it will be received? Received other comforters from Rocky Mount. Concerned. Thank you for your kind attention.
