If you are wondering when you will receive outstanding orders, they may be closer than you think.  I am currently in possession of three items that still say "preparing your order" in the Order Status page.

I just got one after it was in some dark hole of the post office after a month LOL  Good thing it was only a kitchen gadget.

Well hope that is the case for me. Waiting on an order from 8/25. It said shipped. I never received, so I called 9/10. He said he would reship. Still no item. Called tonight and the woman said she can't track it because they use the same tracking # How is that possible? They are getting ready to charge my second payment in a few days. She said if I don't have it by Tuesday to call back and she will cancel. This is the 3rd item this has happened with. Never received the others either. They never even shipped. DONE!
