I recently placed and order for two tops, both of which were in stock. Sent my check in the next day, and when I checked to see about my order, one of the shirts was sold out! They said it was on backorder. After a week, I decided to call about the"backorder" shirt and told them just to send it in a bigger size. The representative said that I needed to send them more money....that I still owed them $3. and something cents. I told her to look at her screen that I had sent exactly what they told me to send. Well apparantly, because they only sent the one shirt that was available and would have to send the other one later, they decided to charge me additional shipping . I wasn't getting anywhere with the customer service rep, so I asked to speed to a supervisor. After 15 minutes (no joke!!) on hold, she the rep came on the line (not the supervisor!) and said that the supervisor had agreed to give me this one time credit and they would send my shirt out. HOW BIG OF THEM!!!!! I asked her why my shirt was sold out from under me and she said that they can't hold them when its a check order and that's the risk I take. So after this matter was taken care of, I asked her about a more recent order that I also checked on for another shirt. Again when I ordered it it was in stock, and I sent my check right away. Upon checking on the shirt, it now shows sold out. So I asked her if this was going to be the same thing because I had paid with a check. She (same rep) said "oh no, that the shirt was check hold" and that it would be available for me. Good grief! Do they think that I am in idiot????? QVC has just gotten too big, and can't handle their orders or their customers properly. This is it. I AM DONE! I will be writing to the corporate offices. I am sure this message will be poofed.
