No, really they would be from Balmore (Baltimore) or Glen burnie, close, or you know somewhere close.

It is a warm feeling to walk into a wawa or other store and being asked how are u hun? or whadau have hun?

But much of the rest of MD, you might never hear a hun how u doin?

To me, growing up in MD,

 Baltimore was always like NYC is to NY.

 

eta-oh also if you were a waitress (could be from anywhere) you might hear "hun" 😊. I can only say that cause I was one several times so no offense to anyone! 2 elderly waitresses, I worked with, "salt of the earth" type and so funny, called everyone hun and many other things!😄
