Online videos NOT working!

Not sure where to post this. The online videos have not been working since yesterday. We have not changed any settings on our computer, and videos are not working on any of our devices. I was interested in the D & C fleece jacket they had on yesterday, but without the video certainly wasn't going to buy. Is anyone else having this problem?

And QVC thinks its going to cut back on the returns by emailing instructional videos to customers for certain products......but their videos dont work.....

I'm having the same trouble, very frustrating. Nothing I've tried seems to work, including following Q's instructions on their tech support site.
