One can always tell an HSN customer because . . .

. . . they refer to "today's special" and "flex pay" instead of "today's special value" and "easy pay." The hosts seem to take it quite well and don't correct them. It's probably QVC's policy to ignore it. For some reason it bothers me, I don't know why.
