I give QVC credit for trying to improve their package tracking, and often it communicates accurately with the customer.  And most shipping times are improved.  But recently I've come across a head scratcher.  I have an order that I placed July 9, which, when I click on tracking, tells me it was delivered May 10.  I have another order that was out for delivery yesterday, at least until 7:00 pm.  Later that night it indicated delivery would be Monday and now it says out for delivery today, Saturday.   May all the tracking should be: " you'll get when you get it".

I've just recently noticed QVC sending me an email on what day my package will be delivered. When it's delivered, I get another email stating your package has been delivered. I like knowing when my package will arrive.

@Bookplate   You can track your packages with the UPS number on their site and with the USPS number on their website.

You can see if a label has been created, what destination it left, if it's on its way, if it's out for delivery, & if it's been delivered. I find those sites to be more detailed & give me more info. I hope this is helpful.

QVC is not the only retailer that it happens to.  I ordered from Blair.  I was sent at least 3 different emails regarding my delivery date, none of which were accurate.  As OP said perhaps "a get it when you get it" would be better!!!

I've been receiving TONS of emails from QVC regarding each of my orders.  It's ridiculous!

@Redshoes07  At least three or four emails. I get them at 2 and 3am also lol.

Happened to me with Fedex. On the truck for delivery by 7pm on Thursday. Got it before 7pm on Friday. Things happen.

 

I would blame the Carrier. I blamed Fedex.
