There was a featured price item on a battery organizer.  First is was reduced 54 cents to bring it to $16.96 plus $5.50 S/H and tax.  $5.50 for a piece of plastic.  I love Lock n Lock but refuse to pay the S/H.  Amazon is spoiling me.

I feel your pain---I find what I want  on the Q and then research on other sites,mostly AMZ--and buy it there---no shipping for me and I can get it 2 days, the next day or even the same day---a no brainer for me!!!

I often wonder why QVC doesn't compete on the free shipping front. Surely, they could negotiate the same kind of deal other retailers have. And, it is not like Amazon or other stires hide it in the price. Oftentimes, they have the same or lower price than QVC.

I think the appeal that QVC has is the easy pay...I know for me that is the ONLY reason I shop here. I'm a single mom and just cannot afford that lump sum payment for something, but if it's broken up over a few months it's do-able. 

I just have to eat the shipping and deal with it, but I do agree that they should speed up their shipping process. It's ridiculous for something to sit in "processing" for days on end.

I prefer paying for having it shipped to me.

@Naturesbeauty   Here is my thought.  I ave been shopping here since day one.   I am hardly finding anything that is worth the money lately.  (talking gifts)  THe prices have gone higher with higher shipping.   I recently joined Amazon prime.  That has spoiled me. 

The free shipping days are great,  but you have to watch all the time in order to know when they are.   I personally cannot do that nor do I want to.   I think Q needs to try to do better offers.   I think a great place to start would be to cut a break on ordering 2-3 items of the same thing like they used to.
