Why can't the people sick of Lisa just skip these threads?? If its so troublesome that anyone would actually like Lisa for a legitimate/ non stalking reason they should just save themselves the anguish of having to read such 'upsetting' posts!!

What I find remarkable considering the intensity of threads on this subject.... is that the mods allow them. Many topics are poofed because of this very reason. Why do threads on LR not only remain up but are posted often, get intense and go 9 or 10 pages? I would think any thread that meets the requirements of being removed .... would be removed.

@Q4u I've started to respond three times, but anything to the point I might say would just play into hands, so to speak ;-)
It can depend on if reported, who reported, what is said, and moderator on duty - or any combination thereof on any given day.

just because you say we don't need these threads here, has no bearing on anything. There are community standards that need to be followed. If they are not, a Mod will delete them last I looked you are not a Mod
@proudlyfromNJ Honey I never said I was a moderator, nor am I tring to be. The threads about Lisa are always started by the same 3 people. There is a problem there. It isn't normal to post continous threads about a past host. OCD over her.

@JasoninBoston Because some aren't happy unless they're complaining about what others post. They don't stop to think that their post are just as 'strange' sometimes. If people want to post about LR so be it. I liked her too but don't follow her.

This preoccupation with Lisa Robinson and the many, many, many threads past and present about her every waking moment can be read on her Facebook account. Why start threads on this person who does not work as a host for QVC ANYMORE?

@lucymo thank you for saying this!! It's like the very same people who point out how 'sick' I am for posting Lisa threads are always there in a very obsessive way! Also they even show up to mock me on my many many NON LR threads. What do they say about calling the kettle black?

@libbyannE Seriously ??? I have found relatives that I didn't know I had. It is also a way to connect to old classmates, friends etc. There are millions of people on facebook, so I think I am not alone. There are many things that you can do on facebook besides follow past hosts. Of course I email family that is close and exchange pictures. If you haven't had a facebook account , you would not understand.
Again many millions of people on there.

There have been, and will no doubt continue to be, FB-bashing threads galore on these forums. It's been my experience that those who bash have no personal knowledge but rely on "they say" or "I had a cousin who...", are too ignorant or lazy to set it up properly, or have very immature and/or annoying friends and family (which is no inherent fault within FB, lol).
OTOH, the way LR "uses" her FB page to drum up both business and "tribe feeling" echoes/expresses many of the negatives people find in FB in general.
FB is what individuals take the time to make it...or not.

Hi. Yes, seriously. Not interested. Don't need it. Why do you care? Not important! I connect with everyone I care about all the time as it is! Also, I had a name of sorts in my career, and I learned to stay as anonymous as possible.
