Gollywood is celebrating the 75th Anniversary of the movie, The Wizard Of Oz.....Q's Thursday Night Show was a big hit with collectors.....so I thought I'd continue the trend since QVC's Weekend lineup is much like to a trip to OZ-----

Just like the classic movie, QVC's Saturday lineup has many returning favorite characters---however instead of SURRENDER DOROTHY....you will be yelling I SURRENDER QVC because I just can't watch this qwappy programming......

More gruesome than a house falling on the witch of the east is QVC's weekend favorite, Vitamix makes a return, remember IT'S MORE THAN A BLENDER FOLKS...You can -prepare soups, sauces, smoothies, and yummy beverages faster than a tornado goes through Kansas......

Glinda, the Good Witch, has a way of making a stunning appearance dressed to the nines in all her glitter and sparkle....well she may not wear a crown, but Glinda cant hold a candle to the QUEEN OF HEARTS with her sparkling zirconia and overpriced offerings....and she has more followers than the Lollipop Guild......you may address her as "your majesty" if you call in with your testimony.....

Then there's more sprucing up than the Oz characters did in the Emerald City with Philosophy ..... and more suds than that Brady Bunch episode when Bobby put too much detergent in the washing machine...... BTW Philosophy offered 2 new scents to honor the Oz anniversary----Yellow Brick Road and Emerald City....excuse me but who wants to smell like a ROAD...not a name to entice sales for sure.....

And more whirling and twirling than flying monkeys as the Whirly Bird makes yet another appearance.....maybe if the witch wore polyester she wouldn't have melted when Dorothy threw the water........just a positive point on the virtues of the fabric folks....

Now don't be cowardly like the Lion ..you definitely have courage, if you can handle yet more reruns of Vitamix, and Philosophy. And yes she's back , the Queen Of Hearts makes yet another appearance...that woman is more powerful than any wizard.....

Now Sunday brings something scarier than the HAUNTED FOREST, and that sign says it all, "I'D TURN BACK IF I WERE YOU"... And like the scarecrow....QVC is STILL looking for a BRAIN.....because they cant think of anything else to show us on Sundays EXCEPT---computers, tablets, and other electronics.....Be prepared folks, the tin man cant even save us from this lineup of GOTTA HAVE IT ELECTRONICS-featuring KINDLE---if you already have one.....it might be more fun to watch the movie, THE WIZARD OF OZ, over again....at least that RERUN is enjoyable....

Then more delicious than Aunt Em's dinner ......its IN THE KITCHEN WITH DAVID---and just like Dorothy would be nothing without Toto.....David would be nothing without his sidekick Mary chatting with the foodies....Sunday's recipe features a dip.....fits right in because this show is somewhat dippy when it comes to the same BORING content....

Standing taller than a munchkin it's NOW THAT'S COOL WITH JANE---my recommendation, go out and enjoy the cool fall air (if your area has some).....better than wasting your time watching this show.....which features....wait for it, wait for it...the Kindle YET AGAIN!

Oz may have a wizard but QVC has the QUEEN OF ARGAN---enjoy that enchanting tale....not of Oz.....but yet another REPEAT of the "fascinating" story about the discovery of this oil which is more precious than the ruby slippers.....

After you slather yourself with oil, be prepared for yet another appearance more exciting than when Oz goes from black and white into technicolor.....ITS ANOTHER KINDLE APPEARANCE......

There is no place like home....and thats what Our Lady Of Liquid Knit says about the QVC lounge as she makes yet another appearance......with more hot air than the country fair balloon that the wizard offers to take Dorothy home in..........

More faux fur than you can find on Toto or the Cowardly Lion.....its Dennis Basso's Boutique to round out the weekend.......

And just like the end of the Wizard of Oz when Dorothy finds out her journey was just a dream....if you watch this QVC Weekend Lineup.....you will realize you were living a dream too.....a downright NIGHTMARE!!!!! You will be singing SOMEWHERE OVER THE RAINBOW----yes ANYWHERE but the Q.....RUN TOTO RUN!!!! Toto escaped from the castle and I hope you escape this lineup too.....
