I do not know but I put an item in my cart and applied and it discounted my pretend item that I did not buy. I do not have a Q card.

I placed an order on 11/12 in the evening..and at midnight a coupon "save 10" was offfered. I called and was told she would credit my account the $10...but never happened. Called today to ask about it and she said it could only be used on the 13 and 14 and I could'nt get credit after all.Very annoying and not good customer service.
