I appreciated your story. Since you mentioned the video on an odd format that you couldn't get converted, i thought i'd throw a resource out there: yesvideo.com They offer conversions for all kinds of formats. I imagine they can do it.

@crz033  you can have almost any tape converted with the right talent . I had a small tv show tape I did back in 1970, it was old and not done well either they did a great job of converting it.

Now that Oprah has more than 3 Billion, I want to see her list of favorites for the hoi polloi.

Haven't heard or read anything on her. Is Stedman still living there? Did they marry? Are she and Gail still besties? 

Guess I haven't kept up with the stars.

I've been over Oprah since she ridiculed and harassed an author on her old talk show. I haven't watched anything she's on or done since.

Careful ladies...you may be accused of "bashing" rather than expressing your OPINION!!!  I too am over OPRAH but I did like her magazine.  As far as her Favorites...nice to look at but most of her choices were/are totally out of my price range.
